Located in Ottawa, Ontario, Sea King Shark Fin Seafood Restaurant distinguishes itself from other Chinese restaurants by offering authentic Hong Kong style dim sum. The 4300 square feet restaurant has provided an accommodating atmosphere for all types of functions. Featuring contrasting colors of white and black, the restaurant is kept clean and neatly organized.

Among a wealth of food options, the specialty of this restaurant is dim sum which means “touch of heart”. Each exquisite piece is the made fresh and served from the traditional carts. Some of the most popular items are Har Gau (steamed shrimp dumplings), Phoenix Talons (Fung Zao) and Siu Mai. These dishes are all prepared in authentic Hong Kong style by the Hong Kong chef, which could not be found in other restaurants. These dishes are light flavored and have a loyal following of foodies with a special craving for light flavor.
 
Dedicated to the conception of “fresh, healthy offerings”, owner Mr. Tren instilled this idea into the daily restaurant operation. He insists choosing the fresh and quality produces, and gets up very early to buy the fresh ingredients. And Tren promises to use little salt, oil and no MSG to guarantee a healthy dining experience.

“The customers are more aware of healthy dining, and we are always trying to satisfy them,” said Tren.

Since opening his first restaurant in Chinatown of Ottawa in 1988, Mr. Tren has decades of experience in the restaurant industry, and ever run four restaurants in different parts of Canada.
